However, if you:

• would like to order any item without an "Add to Cart" button
• would like to order a pattern other than Nature or Peacock
• would prefer not to use Paypal
• would like to use a discount coupon 
• have any other questions ....
  

Just email us your order!  Follow these simple steps:

1. Send us an email at boleslawiecpottery@yahoo.com .  Indicate how many of each set you would like to order.  Please indicate your pattern preference. Tell us if you have a discount coupon you would like to use.   
2. We will verify that all items are available for order.  You will receive a confirmation email with the total cost,  including a 15% shipping fee (minimum $9.95).  
3. You submit your payment.  We accept money orders, personal checks (up to $150), or credit card payments.   Credit card payments are via paypal, a free, safe and secure service. 
4. Once your payment is received, your items are shipped via UPS Ground.  We give you the tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your handmade Polish pottery as it makes its way to your home.
5. You enjoy and treasure your beautiful, handmade pottery from the artisans of Boleslawiec, Poland!

Policy on returns and breakage

We strive to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction.  Every order is packed and shipped with the utmost care and attention to detail.  However, should your beautiful Boleslawiec Pottery arrive broken, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of your receipt of the pottery to make appropriate arrangements for replacement.  In the unlikely event that you would like to return any Boleslawiec Pottery piece ordered from www.boleslawiecpottery.com, returns will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the pottery.  Shipping charges to and from the customer are not refundable.
